2. MY CUSTOMERS WANT DRINKS POURED FROM THE BOTTLE! WHY WOULD I WANT A LIQUOR GUN?
Do all of your customers order from the bar?
Studies show that 80% of customers who patron bar/restaurants do not sit at the bar.
When you get down to it the customer is concerned with four things when it
comes to a drink:
1. quality
2. quantity
3. price
4. presentation in the glass
These things are all up to the establishment and have nothing to do with the actual pouring of the drink. The system only ensures that every drink is poured perfectly, every time. This is something a bartender is unable to do. The only customers who complain are those who are getting something for nothing. It is simply a matter of quality control.
3. WHAT WILL THE EASYBAR SYSTEM DO FOR ME IF I DECIDE TO CONTROL ONLY MY HIGEST VOLUME LIQUORS?
The objective of the Easybar liquor system is to control the highest number of liquors with the lowest possible equipment cost to the owner.
Studies have shown, that in a typical bar/restaurant:
6-8 brands represent approximately 60%-65% of total volume
9-12 brands represent approximately 66%-80% of total volume
13-16 brands represent approximately 81%-88% of total volume
17-24 brands represent approximately 89%-95% of total volume
If you do not currently have control over any of your liquor brands, a moderate investment will allow you to control 88% of your bar which means you would only have to worry about 12% of your total liquor costs. As the equipment pays for itself you can make a decision to control more of your inventory by either adding brands to the system or decreasing non-moving brands from your inventory.
4. HOW FAST IS THE SYSTEM?
The Easybar gun system is capable of pouring 28 1-ounce drinks per minute! This includes cocktails, long pours, and regular pours. A bartender without the system could not pour a drink with any degree of accuracy in that time. Not only are you saving time at the bar, but the system also automatically inventories your liquor/liquor costs. The system optimizes you “Maximum Available Pour” this is the speed at which you put a drink into the customer’s hand. The sooner your customer has a drink, the sooner he will be back for another! The only thing that can slow the system down is the person pushing the buttons.
5. THIS SYSTEM COSTS TOO MUCH MONEY!
Most customers find that an Easybar system will pay for itself in less that a year. A small initial investment will allow you to see savings at your bar that can directly be applied to paying off the system. Major savings come from four different areas.
1. Savings on ½ gallon purchases
2. Getting every ounce of liquor out of every ½ gallon of liquor to the customer
3. Lower pour cost by eliminating spillage, breakage, evaporation, theft,
over pouring
4. Increase speed and quality
After the system is paid for you will continue to receive the benefits of the system for years to come. The return on investment for an Easybar liquor system is exceptional and presents a unique opportunity for bar and restaurant owners to capitalize on their products. Its not a question of how much the system costs, it’s a question of when to get started!
6. MY PLACE IS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY THE COST OF THIS SYSTEM. ISN’T IT MORE FOR CASINOS, NIGHTCLUBS, AIRPORTS, ECT?
The problems often seen in a bar operation remain consistent across the board, regardless of the type of environment or location. The end result of these problems is that the bar owner is not receiving all possible profits. Large business can’t afford large losses, and small business certainly cannot afford loss. An Easybar system decreases loss and increases profit, which in turn increases the value of the establishment where the liquor system has been incorporated. A few areas where the most profit will be saved are:
1. Switching from 1/5 or quart bottles to half gallons saves on purchasing costs.
2. Elimination of spillage, over pour, theft, breakage, waste lowers pour costs.
3. Speed. More drinks served, more drinks ordered leads to more drinks being ordered
4. Quality control, every liquor bottle sealed and sanitary providing the best tasting product possible for your customer.
